Core Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume accounts receivable portfolio and support timely collection efforts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a primary point of contact for payment-related matters.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and proactively resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor customer account activity and ensure accurate account maintenance.
• Partner with internal teams to support efficient cash flow and account resolution.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience managing collections and receivables in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to develop positive customer relationships while driving payment results.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is preferred, along with a customer-focused and entrepreneurial mindset.
