Senior Field Recruiter
Tarvos Talent is partnering with a growing organization to find a bilingual Senior Field Recruiter for its Houston-area team. This hybrid role is perfect for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys supporting both field-based and corporate hiring needs.

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for large-scale hiring projects that may require building teams within compressed timelines.
- Develop candidate pipelines through targeted outreach, referrals, networking, job boards, and community partnerships.
- Work with internal leaders to understand staffing priorities, evaluate talent, and move qualified candidates efficiently through the process.
- Support interview coordination, pre-employment steps, recruiting events, and ongoing communication through the start date.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with a consistent employment background.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
- Experience supporting skilled trades, construction, industrial, warehouse, or other labor-intensive environments; turnaround recruiting experience is a plus.
- The ability to recruit for both operational and professional-level positions while managing multiple openings and shifting priorities.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office.
