Core Responsibilities:

• Support daily accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and period-end close processes.
• Assist with project and cost accounting while maintaining accurate financial records across the business.
• Research and resolve discrepancies while identifying opportunities to strengthen accounting processes.
• Partner with executives, directors, and project leaders to provide clear and reliable financial information.

 
What You’ll Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience in construction, project-based accounting, costing, or a similar environment is highly preferred.
• A professional, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Previous audit exposure and experience with Xero are helpful but not required.
