As the Loan Operations Specialist, you’ll manage the full loan process from beginning to end, including funding, analysis, processing, and closing. You’ll work closely with internal leadership and borrowers to keep transactions moving smoothly while providing a positive, service-focused experience.

The ideal candidate will have commercial loan processing experience, with residential lending experience also considered, and a background in banking or title is a plus. They will also bring strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, intermediate Excel proficiency, and a genuine servant-leader mindset.
