Tarvos Talent is partnering with a highly respected organization in Austin, TX to identify an Investment Performance Professional. This role offers the opportunity to work across a sophisticated portfolio environment while collaborating with investment, accounting, risk, operations, and technology teams. The Investment Performance Professional will support portfolio return calculations, reconciliations, attribution analysis, and recurring reporting while helping strengthen data accuracy, dashboards, and operational processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in finance, investment operations, performance reporting, or a related area
• Advanced Excel skills with experience using Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools
• Strong understanding of investment performance, portfolio data, benchmarks, reconciliations, and financial markets
