Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate processing, strong controls, and efficient workflows.
• Coach and develop team members while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on operational support.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, introduce automation, and establish effective operating procedures.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline purchasing workflows and improve coordination across finance and procurement.

What You’ll Bring:

• Extensive experience managing high-volume accounts payable operations, ideally within a large, complex organization.
• Ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing or CPG environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop talent, improve processes, and guide operational strategy.
• Experience with SAP, Excel, and related financial or expense management systems.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
