Tarvos Talent is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a short-term contract opportunity in North Austin. This fully onsite role offers the chance to step into a critical interim position, support an active transition, and make an immediate impact across accounting operations and ongoing projects.

In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day accounting activities while supporting system and process initiatives, including an ERP implementation and inventory-related projects. You’ll also manage payroll, treasury activity, month-end review, and provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team.

The ideal candidate will have NetSuite experience, a strong understanding of inventory accounting, and a proven background managing teams and month-end close. Experience with Paylocity and Excel is preferred, along with strong knowledge-transfer skills and the ability to quickly step into an established environment.
