Administrative Assistant

Tarvos Talent is partnering with a highly respected investment firm in downtown Austin, TX to identify an Administrative Assistant. This is a newly created role due to growth, offering the chance to join a collaborative administrative team while supporting leaders across multiple areas of the business. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to multiple senior leaders, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and expense reporting
  • Anticipate needs, track priorities, and help leaders stay organized in a fast-paced, travel-heavy environment
  • Partner with the broader administrative team to support office operations, communication, and ongoing projects
  • Leverage technology and AI tools to improve organization, efficiency, scheduling, and workflow management
  • Take ownership of ad hoc projects and identify ways to add value during slower periods

 

Requirements:

  • Prior administrative support experience required, ideally supporting executives, senior leaders, or C-suite professionals
  • Strong calendar management, travel coordination, meeting planning, and expense reporting experience
  • Technology-forward mindset with experience using tools such as Outlook, Teams, Monday.com, Concur, Microsoft Office, and AI tools
  • Strong professional stability, sound judgment, and the ability to work fully in office in Austin, TX
