AP Specialist

Tarvos Talent is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract opportunity in Southwest Austin. This hybrid role offers a great opportunity to join a collaborative team within a company known for its supportive culture, with the potential for the position to convert to permanent.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will process a high volume of invoices, identify and resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate coding and timely submission of invoices for approval. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. Proficiency in SAP is highly preferred, and intermediate Excel skills, such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP, are strongly desired.
