Corporate Accounting Manager
Tarvos Talent/Connect Search is supporting a high?growth technology company to hire an Accounting Manager for a hybrid role. This is a true Big 4 exit opportunity – built for someone who wants project-driven work over close-cycle busy work, with direct exposure to automation, global expansion, and complex transactions in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Own software capitalization with a focus on GAAP compliance, automation, and visibility into technology spend
- Lead accounting for a newly established international entity, including process buildout and controls
- Prepare cash flow forecasting and reporting used in real-time decision-making
- Drive NetSuite optimization and accounting automation initiatives
- Support high-impact, non-routine projects including M&A, purchase accounting, financing transactions, and AI-driven automation efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required
- 3+ years of Big 4 public accounting experience required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within tech or software
- Strong technical accounting skills with experience in complex transactions
- NetSuite experience preferred; advanced Excel required
