Tarvos Talent is partnering with a client to search for a Head of Construction to lead large-scale capital projects for a rapidly growing organization in West Texas. Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-construction planning through execution, commissioning, and handoff.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Drive project performance through strategic planning, process improvements, and effective change management.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless project execution.

 
What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, ideally in complex or technical environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to operate autonomously and influence at all levels.
• Experience with construction management tools such as Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms, along with a solid understanding of contracts and vendor negotiations.
