Tarvos Talent is seeking an HR Manager for a growing organization in the San Antonio area. This newly established, permanent role offers the opportunity to shape the HR function, work closely with leadership, and make a meaningful impact as the organization continues to grow.

As the HR Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day HR operations, strengthen existing processes, and build a consistent approach to onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. You’ll partner with leadership and employees across different locations to address workplace concerns, improve HR practices, and bring structure to an evolving environment.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including a hands-on generalist background in construction, trades, safety, or field services. They’ll also bring strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, experience with ADP or a comparable HR platform, and the confidence to independently lead initiatives, advise leadership, and support employees at every level.
