Tarvos Talent is partnering with a growing investment firm in Austin, TX to identify an Associate Director or Director of Investor Relations. This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial organization and play a key part in expanding its investor network and supporting future growth. The Investor Relations leader will develop new relationships, strengthen engagement with existing investors, support active fundraising initiatives, and help deliver clear, polished communications across multiple stakeholder groups.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, business development, or relationship management within investments or financial services
• Proven success building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, advisors, or other private investors
• Strong understanding of private investments, fund structures, capital activity, and investor reporting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
