As the Lead Accountant, you’ll oversee core accounting functions including AP, AR, and collections, while helping drive process improvements and supporting the company’s continued growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong experience with AP, AR, and collections processes
• Experience leading or mentoring team members preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
