Tarvos Talent is seeking a talented Finance Manager for a fast-growing software company. This is an incredible opportunity to partner with a talented VP and CFO. Core Responsibilities:

• Own and enhance the corporate financial model, developing forecasts and translating complex or incomplete data into actionable insights.
• Lead monthly forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis to help leadership understand business performance.
• Develop thoughtful analysis and materials for senior leadership and board discussions, serving as a strategic finance partner.
• Perform financial modeling and ad hoc analysis while collaborating closely with the broader finance team.

 
What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years of experience, ideally combining investment banking with substantial corporate FP&A experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, with the ability to build models from the ground up and manipulate large or complex datasets.
• Experience with NetSuite and financial planning platforms such as Anaplan or Planful; familiarity with AI tools such as Claude is a plus.
• Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to solving problems and driving results.
