Tarvos Talent is seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Financial Analyst for a contract opportunity in North Austin. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to step into a high-impact finance position and work closely with leaders across the organization.

In this role, you’ll develop financial reporting, forecasts, KPI analysis, and variance insights that help leadership understand performance and make informed business decisions. You’ll also build and maintain financial models, collaborate with accounting and business partners, and help improve reporting processes through automation and other efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling and data analysis experience, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with tools such as Power BI and AI-enabled analytics. A solutions-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both recurring deadlines and ad hoc projects are essential.
