Tarvos Talent is seeking an Accounting Analyst II/III for a thriving organization located in Houston, TX with a hybrid schedule. This is a newly created role driven by strong company growth and acquisitions, offering excellent long-term visibility within a high-performing accounting team.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for billing, revenue accounting, and detailed financial analysis within the NGL/Olefins space. You’ll support the monthly close process, prepare variance analysis versus plan and prior year, and assist with ad hoc reporting for key business partners.
 
The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the natural gas or liquids industry, along with a strong understanding of GAAP and exposure to ASC 606. You’ll also need advanced Excel skills, strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented, process improvement mindset – Power BI experience is a strong plus.
