Core Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily cash activity by comparing bank activity to general ledger records.
• Research discrepancies and communicate with internal teams to resolve outstanding items.
• Record routine cash-related transactions, transfers, bank fees, and journal entries.
• Support month-end reporting by tracking outstanding deposits, contracts, and related activity.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous cash reconciliation or accounting experience with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple entities, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with teams across different locations.
• Experience with accounting systems is helpful, including tools such as Sage Intacct, Blackline, OneStream, or similar platforms.
