Core Responsibilities:

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities while partnering closely with finance, accounting, and operational leaders.
• Analyze large financial and operational data sets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that improve visibility across the business.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, variance analysis, and strategic recommendations to support pricing, cost initiatives, and operational improvements.

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or operational finance experience, with a strong foundation in cost accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience using Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems, such as JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, or OneStream.
• A proactive, analytical, and collaborative approach with the ability to translate complex business questions into clear, actionable insights.
