AP Manager

Tarvos Talent is seeking an experienced and hands-on AP Manager for an exciting contract opportunity in Downtown Austin. This hybrid role offers the chance to lead essential accounts payable operations, support a collaborative accounting team, and make an immediate impact.

As the AP Manager, you’ll oversee full-cycle accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment runs, vendor management, reconciliations, and issue resolution. You’ll manage daily workflows, support and develop the AP team, maintain strong internal controls, and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will bring strong accounts payable management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead effectively in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel is essential, along with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
