Director, Strategic Finance

Tarvos Talent is seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Finance for an exciting consulting opportunity with a company in North Austin. This onsite role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, provide high-level financial insight, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of risk.
  • Develop polished reporting and presentations for executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Support strategic finance initiatives, ad hoc analysis, and high-visibility business projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience with a strong focus on revenue and business performance.
  • Previous experience within a private equity-backed software or SaaS organization.
  • Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights confidently to senior leaders.
