Core Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting engagements while overseeing the delivery of services for a diverse client portfolio.
• Mentor and manage team members, providing guidance on day-to-day accounting activities and client service.
• Review financial information, ensure quality standards, and support clients across multiple industries.
• Partner with firm leadership to strengthen client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

What You’ll Bring:

• CPA designation with 8+ years of accounting leadership experience.
• Background as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or in a similar hands-on accounting leadership role.
• Experience supervising accounting professionals and managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Strong technical accounting expertise, a collaborative mindset, and an appreciation for a values-driven workplace.
