Tarvos Talent is seeking a Staff Accountant for a contract opportunity in Dripping Springs, TX. This fully in-office role offers the chance to provide hands-on accounting support within an established organization, with potential for a longer-term opportunity for the right fit.

As the Staff Accountant, you’ll support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment coordination, customer billing, collections, and account reconciliations. You’ll also contribute to month-end close activities, credit card reconciliation, and other accounting projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will bring experience with AP and general accounting functions, including vendor reconciliations, customer billing, and AR tracking, along with intermediate Excel skills and PivotTables. Manufacturing experience, confidence working with project managers, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in accounting are important; experience with Odoo is a plus.
