Tarvos Talent is seeking a tech-savvy and collaborative Senior AP Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity in North Austin. As the Senior AP Specialist, you’ll oversee day-to-day accounts payable operations, partner with the AP team to manage invoice processing, and help ensure accurate month-end reconciliations and accruals. You’ll also serve as a primary resource for vendor inquiries, onboarding, and invoice discrepancies while helping maintain efficient processes and a seamless payment cycle.

The ideal candidate will bring strong NetSuite experience, knowledge of three-way matching, and prior inventory accounting exposure. Intermediate Excel skills, a collaborative communication style, and a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and support team success are essential. Candidates who enjoy leveraging technology and taking ownership of AP operations will thrive in this role.
