Core Responsibilities:

• Support complex accounts payable activities while analyzing discrepancies, payment workflows, and invoice matching.
• Contribute to special projects, reporting, and data analysis that identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and help strengthen data quality and internal processes.
• Serve as a resource for junior team members, sharing knowledge and helping promote consistent practices.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong accounts payable experience, including a solid understanding of invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Experience with SAP and Excel; familiarity with expense management or corporate card systems is beneficial.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the adaptability to collaborate across teams and support colleagues.
