Tarvos Talent is partnering with a growing organization to search for an Accounting Manager in Austin, TX. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and working alongside a collaborative team. Core Responsibilities:

• Lead key areas of the month-end close process and help ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee reconciliations, general ledger activity, and other day-to-day accounting responsibilities.
• Strengthen accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls to support accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve accounting matters and support ongoing business needs.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong understanding of general accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Experience within the CPG industry is required.
• QuickBooks experience is preferred.
