Tarvos Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Applications Specialist for an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing company located in Downtown Austin. This fully onsite role offers the chance to join a collaborative accounting team, work in a fast-paced shared services environment, and contribute to a company known for its strong culture and team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume cash applications and support daily AR activities across multiple entities and systems
• Handle chargebacks, disputes, payment posting, and customer account maintenance in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with full-cycle accounts receivable processes while partnering closely with internal teams to support cash flow operations

Requirements

• Prior high-volume cash applications and AR experience within a large company environment
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and XLOOKUPs, along with ERP system experience
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and systems simultaneously
