Tarvos Talent is partnering with a client in Abilene, TX to identify a Chief Financial Officer. This primarily onsite role offers flexibility and the opportunity to join an established business platform entering its next stage of growth. As the CFO, you’ll lead financial strategy across multiple business units, improve reporting and forecasting capabilities, and partner with executive leadership on expansion planning, capital decisions, operational performance, and future transactions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
• Proven experience supporting multiple entities or business divisions
• Strong background in cash flow planning, forecasting, tax strategy, and financial operations
• Experience with acquisitions, ownership transitions, or employee ownership structures preferred
• CPA or MBA preferred, but not required
• Confident, hands-on leader who brings sound judgment, initiative, and a growth-oriented mindset
