The Controller will manage a high performing team, so strong mentorship and leadership skills are imperative. You will own all accounting, financials, investment oversight, and contribute to board decks. A thought partner and problem solver will excel in this role, along with someone who thinks outside of the box. 
  
What You’ll Bring:

• 15+ years of accounting experience with a strong public accounting foundation.
• 3+ years of management – having developed staff 
• CPA preferred, with experience in financial services, nonprofit, investment, or a related environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable learning new systems and processes.
