Core Responsibilities:

• Lead core accounting operations, including financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls.
• Oversee tax compliance and revenue recognition while ensuring accurate, reliable financial information.
• Strengthen accounting systems, workflows, and processes to support the company as it scales.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

• An active CPA license and a strong foundation in accounting leadership, public accounting, or controllership.
• Experience with revenue recognition and tax, ideally within a B2B software or technology environment.
• Proficiency with accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online, along with demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve analysis and efficiency.
• A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to work hands-on, communicate confidently with leadership, and thrive in an evolving startup environment.
