Tarvos Talent is partnering with a growing technology company in Austin, TX to identify a Senior Accounting Manager. This hybrid role offers strong leadership visibility, meaningful ownership, and the opportunity to help shape processes as the organization continues to expand. The Senior Accounting Manager will lead the general ledger team, oversee the close and audit processes, support technical accounting matters, and help strengthen the accounting function for future growth.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Public accounting foundation with industry experience and strong inventory knowledge preferred
• Experience owning the close, supporting audits, and preparing technical accounting documentation
• CPA preferred with experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems
