Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership, providing insight, organization, and sound judgment across a wide range of priorities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, inventory oversight, and financial management across a complex portfolio of entities.
• Oversee financial activity spanning multiple properties, family assets, corporate entities, and nonprofit organizations.
• Lead and develop the accounting team while helping strengthen processes, systems, and the overall finance function.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong accounting and finance leadership experience, ideally within a family office or similarly complex, multi-entity environment.
• CPA preferred, but not required.
• Experience working with NetSuite, Oracle PBCS, and/or AI-enabled tools such as Copilot.
• A thoughtful, adaptable people leader who can navigate gray areas, exercise sound judgment, and build long-term relationships.
