This fully onsite opportunity offers the chance to step into a pivotal leadership role within a growing organization where you will be instrumental in supporting their expansion. As Controller, you will own all accounting functions, project accounting, financials, supporting budgeting/forecasting, and work closely with production and project management staff. Someone who enjoys the cross departmental collaboration and influencing teams to drive revenue will be key. If you are tired of your long commute up North, this is a great change of pace! 

Requirements:

• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience within manufacturing and project accounting industry
• Hands-on expertise in job costing, COGS, BOM, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong Excel and AI tools required – this team is looking to automate and enhance reporting
