Accounting Assistant

Tarvos Talent is seeking an Accounting Assistant for a growing client located in North Austin, TX. This role was created due to company expansion and offers the opportunity to join a fun, engaging team with strong leadership, and a collaborative culture.

As the Accounting Assistant, you’ll support core accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and timesheet processing. You’ll also assist with reconciliations, data entry, and general accounting support while partnering across the team as needed.

The ideal candidate will bring experience across AR, AP, and payroll, along with exposure to a cloud-based ERP system. They will be detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused, with a willingness to learn and a strong technical aptitude.
