Administrative Assistant
Tarvos Talent is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant for a dynamic client located in San Jose, CA. This fully in-office role offers the opportunity to support senior leadership in a friendly, high-energy environment that values initiative, adaptability, and strong team collaboration.
As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide direct support to multiple senior leaders, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You’ll also oversee office and facilities coordination, vendor relationships, and event planning while serving as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of executive or administrative support experience and a proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. They will bring strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills, along with a proactive, resourceful personality and proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Salesforce or NetSuite is a plus).
