Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in risk management or related functions
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of market, credit, and operational risk frameworks
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with risk or trading systems preferred
