Tarvos Talent is seeking an Accounting Manager for a growing organization in Austin, TX. This fully in-office opportunity offers the chance to lead a key accounting function, work closely with experienced leadership, and make a meaningful impact as the business continues to expand.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounting function and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Own the month-end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Lead and develop the accounting team while providing direction and support.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and overall accounting operations.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years managing staff.
• Strong NetSuite experience; inventory accounting experience is highly valued.
• Experience owning month-end close, with a CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
• A confident, proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thoughtfully challenge issues when needed.
