Core Responsibilities:

• Support cost accounting activities within a manufacturing environment.
• Help enhance processes and leverage accounting systems to improve the function.
• Partner with internal teams and international operations to support accurate and effective cost accounting.
• Build strong working relationships across the organization while taking ownership of key initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

• Cost accounting experience within a plant or manufacturing environment.
• NetSuite experience with the ability to effectively leverage the system.
• Bilingual communication skills and the ability to build relationships with international teams.
• A driven, collaborative, tech-savvy approach with the initiative to dig in and make the role your own, along with the ability to travel to Mexico quarterly.
